6 to 8 chicken breast
18 oz. BBQ sauce
1/2 can orange juice concentrate
1 can of pineapple chunks
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
wooden skewers
Cut chicken and peppers into cubes. Mix BBQ sauce and orange juice to make a marinade. Place chicken into mixture and marinade for at least 3 hours. When chicken is done marinading, place chicken, peppers, and pineapple through skewers and then BBQ.
Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 1 minute to avoid burning when BBQing.
