Easy French Bread

2 ½ c water
2 Tbsp yeast
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
6 c flour

Put all ingredients together in bowl and mix. Let rise 10 minutes. Pam cookie sheet . Form loaves. Slit top with knife and cover with egg white wash. Let rise 15 min. Bake 415 degrees for 18-20 min. Makes 2 loaves.
